Moving This Summer?
 

PARENTS OF 6th, 7th and 8th GRADERS

If you are going to be relocating over the summer to another Plano school, private school or out of the district, please call Paris Longley as soon as possibleat 469-752-6215.  The state of Texas now requires all schools to follow-up on non-returning students. Without this information the students are coded as dropouts in our reports to the state. I will send a form home to be completed, signed and returned to me. If your plans change, completion of this form does not eliminate your student’s schedule for next year.

This request includes current 8th graders who will not be attending Jasper or any other PISD high school because of relocation or attendance at a private school.

 

PARENTS OF 5th, 6th and 7th GRADERS

BUT STAYING WITHIN ROBINSON’S BOUNDARIES?

If you are going to move this summer but remain within Robinson’s attendance zone, you will need to provide a new proof of residency at schedule pickup. Your student’s schedule will not be released without this information.We will make a copy and return the original. Proof of residency can be one of the following:

PROOF OF RESIDENCY: One of the following ORIGINAL documents must be presented.

  1. Current utility bill, electric, natural gas, or water, bearing the name and address of the parent or legal guardian.
  2. A lease or rental agreement, signed by both parties, bearing the address of the property, date of occupancy and the names of both the minor student and the parent or legal guardian as occupants of the property.
  3. New home contract.
