Robinson Middle School is part of the Plano Independent School District in Plano, Texas and opened its doors in January, 1994. Robinson, one of twelve middle schools in the district, supports students in grades 6th-8th.

ATTENTION 8TH GRADERS AND 8TH GRADE PARENTS

NEW updated information!

We are sorry to announce that we can no longer take t-shirt orders for the 8th Grade Celebration.  Thank you to all who have already placed your orders!  With the profit from the t-shirt sales we are able to to do much more for the party to make it a special night for our students!  Those who have ordered shirts will receive them the week of the celebration.

DVD sales can still be accepted up until Thursday, May 10th!  However, if you have not already placed your DVD order you will need to do so by sending in an order form and payment to the front office.  PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CAN NO LONGER TAKE DVD ORDERS ON THE WEBSITE.  

MARK YOUR CALENDARS.....HERE ARE THE CELEBRATION DETAILS:

The 8th Grade Celebration will take place on Friday, May 11th!  Parents, you are welcome to come to the Robinson Cafetorium from 6:30 to approximately 7:00 to view the 8th grade DVD with your students.  After the DVD it will be time for all 8th grade students to proceed to the gymnasium for the celebration!  PARENTS PLEASE NOTE that the celebration between 7:00 and 9:30 is for the 8TH GRADE STUDENTS ONLY and parents will need to exit back out the front of the building while we bring the students into the gymnasium.  Also, we want to make sure parents know that this is not a graduation, it is simply a showing of the DVD that features our amazing 8th graders and all they have accomplished! During the celebration, the students will enjoy dancing, games (w/DJ), refreshments, a photo booth, VIP Lounge etc.  Lastly, parents please pick up your 8th graders promptly at 9:30 around back at the Fine Arts entrance to the building!  

Thanks you all for you support! We are looking forward to a fun and exciting time with all of our 8th Graders!!

Whiz Quiz Kids Bring Home the Trophy!

The Robinson Whiz Quiz team competed and won at the 2012 PISD Whiz Quiz championship on March 7th! It's a great achievement considering they lifted the trophy after beating Rice MS. We are all very proud of the accomplishment of the Razorback team and Coach (Beth Milinsky). Congratulations!

COMMUNITY OUTREACH NEWS

Clothing & Book drive

We will have one more clothing drive before the school year ends. 
Your unwanted clothing can help others. Forman Elementary and City House 
are having a garage sale to raise money. They need clothing to sell. Please drop off your 
gently used clothing in the gray bin by the main office. 
 
There is also a bin for gently used books. We are in need of books to give to God's Food Pantry. They like to have each child choose a book when they come in for food. They are out of books and need our help. Elementary age are the most needed, but we will take all books. April 9th - May 11th
